Our office is over at 120, Sevoke Road in Siliguri. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here with all the trucks and people moving about. We’ve been set up in this part of Darjeeling district for a while, dealing with the paperwork and the logistics that come with a business like this. It’s a bit of a climb to get inside sometimes, and the noise from the road never really stops during the day. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few old computers, and stacks of files that we keep meaning to organize better. We handle a lot of different things, and the phone rings quite a bit. It’s not always easy keeping everything on track when there are delays or things change at the last minute, but we manage. My cousin helps out with the accounts, and we usually have tea brought in from the stall down the street twice a day. The weather in Siliguri can be a bit unpredictable, so sometimes the rain makes it hard for people to come by, but we stay busy regardless. We aren’t some big corporate setup with glass walls; it’s just a regular workspace where we try to get the day's tasks done. It gets a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make do with what we have here. We've been here long enough that the neighbors all know us by now.
