You can find us over on New Cinema Road, sharing space with the New Banik Medical Stores. Siliguri is a very busy town to do business in, and being here in the Darjeeling district keeps us constantly occupied with different tasks. We handle the industrial side of things, mostly dealing with the links in the supply chain that people do not usually think about. It is not exactly exciting work, but it is what we do. Our office is quite basic, just enough space for our desks and a place to keep the industrial logs. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking through inventory lists to see what is moving. Being right next to a medical store means there is always a lot of activity and people coming and going. Sometimes the road outside gets completely blocked with rickshaws and delivery vans, which can be a bit of a headache. We have been at this location for a while, and most people around here know the building. We do not have a large team, just a few of us making sure the shipments go where they are supposed to go. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything straight, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we just fix them and keep going. We try to be practical about our daily work. If there is a problem with a link, we just find a way to resolve it. We stay focused on the tasks in front of us.
