We have been at the Hotel Central Park building for a bit now. People coming from Sevoke Road usually find us easily because of the mall landmark. It’s just a spot for some quick food. Not much to look at inside, but we keep the place clean. The staff is mostly local kids from around Siliguri. Sometimes it gets busy when the mall crowd spills over, but mostly it's just regulars. We don't have fancy menus or anything. Just the usual stuff people like to eat when they're out. If you're walking past the Central Park building, you’ll see our sign. It’s a straightforward setup. We didn't want to make it complicated. Sometimes the traffic on Sevoke Road is a mess, so we see a lot of people stopping by just to wait it out. We've got a few tables, nothing special. Just a place to sit for a minute. We've been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by now. It stays pretty casual here. Most days are the same, just keeping things running. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. Just word of mouth from folks around the 2nd Mile area. The 734001 area is where we live too, so it's a short commute for most of us. We just focus on getting the daily prep done before the lunch rush starts. It is what it is. We try to keep the chairs straight and the tables wiped down, but with the dust from the road, it's a constant job.
