Out here in Sikar, Rajasthan, we operate from R/57 in the Civil Colony on Fatehpur Road. Most of the people working here are locals from around Sikar, so there is a lot of talking in the local dialect and sharing of snacks during tea breaks. We spend our time tracking orders and making sure the logistics for the steel pipes are handled correctly. It’s a lot of manual tracking sometimes, and the paperwork can pile up on the desks if we aren’t careful. We don't go in for big marketing speeches; we just show up at the office, do the work that’s expected of us, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple, practical way of doing business in a place like Civil Colony. We’ve been here for a while and have a good rhythm going with the daily tasks that keep the company moving forward without needing any corporate polish.
