Jain Rice

My family has been running Jain Rice for a while now. We are located right by the Mayur Mill on Dungerpur Road, not too far from the Station Road. If you get to Texton Chouraha, you are pretty much there. It is a busy spot with trucks coming and going all day long. We deal with rice mostly, obviously. It gets dusty in the shop sometimes, but that is just how it is when you are moving bags around. My father used to handle things here, and now I do. We keep regular hours, usually opening up in the morning before it gets too hot. People from around the neighborhood stop by, and some come from further away because they know exactly where to find us. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that, just the shop and the stock. There is always a lot to do, like checking the grain quality and making sure the orders are ready for whoever is picking them up. Sometimes the traffic at the chouraha makes it hard for the delivery drivers, but we manage somehow. It is a simple life, really. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure people get what they paid for without too much fuss. If you are ever passing by the mill, you will probably see us loading something up. We have been here a long time and plan to stay for many more years.
