Ganesh Hardware

I've been at Ganesh Hardware for a long time now. We are located right on Patan Road in Neem Ka Thana. It is a busy spot because the bus stand is just around the corner, so there is always a lot of noise and dust from the vehicles passing by. Sometimes the fans don't quite keep up with the heat in the afternoon. People from the nearby villages stop in when they get off the bus to pick up bits and pieces they need for their homes. The shelves are mostly full of things like hammers, nails, and different types of pipes. It isn't a fancy shop, just a practical one. I spend most of my day moving boxes around or talking to someone who isn't sure which size bolt they need. The floors get dusty pretty quick with the road right there, so I have to sweep it out at least twice a day. Usually, I'm here from early morning until the sun goes down. It’s just how things are around Neem Ka Thana. You get used to the rhythm of the bus schedules and the local workers stopping by for a chat. There’s a tea stall not far away, and sometimes we just sit there when things are slow. Patan Road has changed a bit over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same as it ever was.
