Our business is situated at Plot No. 415 in Tilai, which is part of Village Dadhiya in the Bahari Tahsil of Sidhi district. It’s a long way from the big city skyscrapers, and that’s just fine with us. V Tech G Tech Private Limited is a local operation through and through. The 486675 area is quiet, and most of our surroundings are rural. Working out of a village means we don't deal with heavy traffic or smog. Instead, we have a simple building where we carry out our technical work. It’s a very straightforward environment. We have our equipment set up in a few rooms, and we mostly just focus on the manual and technical tasks at hand. There aren't any fancy boardrooms or reception desks here. If someone comes by, they usually just walk right into the workspace. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is easy, often just a short walk or a bike ride through the village paths. We know our neighbors and they know us. The work can be demanding at times, but we take it one day at a time. We don't have a PR department to polish our image. We just rely on the fact that we show up every day and do what needs to be done. It’s a modest way to run a company, but it works for us in Sidhi.
