Down in Padaraha village, you can find us at Shivraj Singh’s place. We named the group Shri Shri Narsingh Das Farmers Producer Company Limited because we wanted something solid. It’s not a big corporate office or anything fancy like that. Most of us here are just local farmers from around Tahsil Jawa. Panwar and the N.H. 135 B highway are right nearby, so it’s easy enough to get to. We started this because working alone in the fields is getting harder every year. Rewa district has its own challenges with the weather and the markets. By coming together, we can manage the seeds and the selling a bit better. We spend most of our mornings out in the dirt and our afternoons talking about crop prices. There are no suits or ties here. We just sit around, maybe have some tea, and try to figure out the best way to move our produce. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing, but we help each other through it. It’s a group effort, and everyone puts in what they can. We don't have a lot of money for big advertisements. We just rely on our hands and our neighbors. If you come by, you’ll see it’s a simple setup. We’re just trying to make sure our families are okay and the harvest is good. It’s honest work for people who know the land. That's really all there is to our story.
