This operation is run by Sampath Kumar, who is the son of Brahmananda. We are out in Bagali, which is a post in the Harapanahalli taluk. It’s part of the Davangeri district. This area is a bit more quiet and rural compared to the big industrial parks. We handle the local steel interests for Jsw from here. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a basic space where we can sit down and get the work done. The roads leading out to us can be a bit bumpy, especially after the heavy rains, so we have to plan our trips into town carefully. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, so most of the local folks know exactly where to find us even without a big sign. We deal with the day-to-day coordination and making sure the local orders are handled right. It’s honest, hard work and we don't use a lot of fancy words to describe it. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It’s a simple life out here in Bagali. We mostly communicate through word of mouth and personal visits. We aren't looking to be the biggest outfit, just to do our job well and take care of the family and the business.
