Isotect Sturdy Construction Private Limited is based in Shivamogga, over in the Gopala Gowda Extension. Our office is at B-56, right on the 2nd Cross B Main. K R Prakash Boslay is the one who keeps everything running here. We do a lot of residential construction in and around Shimoga. It’s a beautiful part of Karnataka, but the rain during the monsoon season makes our job really difficult. We often have to stop work for days because the ground is just too muddy. We focus on building things that last, which is why we put "sturdy" in the name, but we don't go around bragging about it. We’re just a bunch of guys who know how to work with concrete and brick. Our crew is small and we’ve all worked together for years. We don’t have a fancy corporate structure. If there’s a problem at a site, we just go down there and talk it out until it’s fixed. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always make them right. People in the extension know us as the local builders who are always around. We aren't interested in being some huge company. We just like building houses for people in our own town. It’s hard work, and our boots are always dirty, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a house finished and a family moving in. That’s enough for us.
