You can find us over at S.N Market, right near the Amiromaa Circle. It’s a lively spot to be, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. Being at the circle means we see a lot of faces, and we’ve gotten to know the shopkeepers and the regulars pretty well. Our group has been handling properties around here for a long time. We don't go in for those flashy advertisements or big promises. We just focus on the buildings and the land we manage. Sometimes the market gets a bit chaotic, but we stay focused on the tasks at hand. Whether it's a small shop in the market or a residential plot a bit further out, we just handle the details. We’ve got a small team that likes to keep things straightforward. We spend a lot of time checking on sites and making sure everything is up to code. It’s not always easy, and sometimes there are delays with the authorities, but we just keep pushing through. People come to us because we’re easy to talk to and we don’t hide things. If a place has a problem, we say it. It’s just how we were raised to do business. The office is usually open late, and there’s always a pot of tea going if someone wants to sit and talk about real estate. We’ve seen this circle change over the years, and we’re still here doing our thing.
