It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't from around here. The office is tucked away and it’s mostly where we handle the admin side of the infra projects. There’s a lot of talk about building and planning going on inside these walls. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main highway areas. We have a small group of people working here daily. It’s mostly just desks covered in blueprints and site reports. We don’t really do much in terms of walk-in customers, so the place is usually just us and the occasional contractor. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which makes the afternoon work drag a bit. We try to keep things simple. The 8th ward has its own charm, I suppose. It’s just a normal neighborhood office. We have some plants by the window that struggle a bit with the light. Most days, we are just trying to keep the schedules on track for the various sites we manage. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. We don’t have any big corporate banners hanging up. It’s just a name on the door and people working hard inside. That’s pretty much the whole story of our daily routine here. It’s not much, but it’s our base.
