Up here in Nirth, the air is a bit thinner and the hills are steep. We’ve been operating Shri Narayan Himdev Construction from this part of Rampur Bushair for some time. It’s a beautiful place, but building things here takes some effort. You can’t just drive a big truck anywhere you want. We have to work with what the land gives us. Our office is just a simple place at P.O. Nirth. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of getting stone and sand up the roads. It’s a lot of coordination. The winters can be tough, sometimes everything stops when the snow hits, but that’s just how it is. We focus on building structures that can handle the mountain weather. It’s not about being the biggest company; it’s just about being reliable for the people around here. We know the local workers and the local stone. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at a site checking on progress. It’s a lot of physical labor and making sure the measurements are right. We aren't interested in being fancy. We just want to finish the project and move to the next one. People know us in the tehsil. If you're in the area, you've probably seen our guys working. We just try to keep things moving along steadily. It is hard work, but we are used to the mountain life and the pace of things here.
