Shilon Resort (Ethnic Tourist Village)

We are located up on the Kufri-Chail Road. It is a bit of a drive to get here, but once you arrive at Shilon Bagh, it is quite different from the city. The place is set up like a small village, which is why people call it an ethnic tourist village. We have different buildings spread out on the slope. The air is definitely thinner and cooler up here. We spend a lot of time keeping the paths clear and making sure the gardens do not get too wild. It is a lot of work maintaining a resort in the hills. The weather changes fast, so one minute it is sunny and the next it is foggy. We have a kitchen that prepares local food and some other common dishes. The rooms are basic but they stay warm enough when it gets cold outside. Most people come here because they want to see the mountains or just get away from the heat down in the plains. We have staff from the nearby villages who help run the place. They know the area well. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the location, but that is just life in Shilon Bagh. We do not have big city lights here, just the stars at night. It is a quiet spot for the most part, unless we have a big group staying over. We just try to keep the place running smoothly for whoever shows up.
