If you’ve ever been near the old bus stand in Rohru, you might have seen our office. We are Rohru Property Wale Construction and we operate out of the first floor at Brati Ram’s place. It’s a busy spot in Shimla district. Being right by the VPO Rohru means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around. We mostly focus on property matters and building things for folks in this part of Himachal. Construction out here can be a bit tricky because of the terrain, but we’ve been doing it long enough to manage. Our office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we sit down and look at maps or site plans. We don't have a big staff of marketing people. Usually, it's just a few of us making sure the projects are moving along like they should. People stop by after getting off the bus to ask about land or how much it costs to put up a wall these days. We try to give them honest answers based on what we see happening in the market. It’s a local operation, run by people who live right here in Shimla. We don't promise anything crazy, just that we will show up and do the work that’s needed on the ground. Sometimes it is dusty and sometimes it is muddy, but that is just part of the construction life here.
