Pooja'S Boutique

We've been at 3, Rattan Chand Road for a while now. It's right on The Mall, which gets quite busy, especially in the evenings. Pooja's Boutique is mostly just us handling clothes and helping people find what fits. Big chains aren't what we are about. Our space is small, but it stays pretty organized. Most days involve alterations or showing people different fabrics in stock. The light in the shop is okay, though stepping outside is often necessary to see the true color of a sari or a suit piece. Customers usually know us by name. There isn't a fancy sign, just the usual one. Sometimes the traffic on The Mall makes it hard to park, so people just walk over. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years. Shops come and go, but we've stayed put right here. Much advertising isn't done by us. People just find us or hear about us from their neighbors. It's a simple way to run a business. Our doors open mid-morning and stay open until the market starts to quiet down. If you are looking for the shop, look for us near the corner. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. No big promises are made, we just do the work day by day. It gets dusty sometimes with the windows open, but that's just how it is on Rattan Chand Road. This place is home for the business. We are glad to be part of this area.
