Jai Bahrat Steel

Up here in Shimla, things move a bit slower than in the big cities down south. Jai Bahrat Steel is located at Ramsingh House, in the Annexe of Ramnager. If you are looking for us, you have to head towards that part of town. Dealing with steel in the hills is a bit different because of the weather. When it snows or rains, getting things moved around Ramsingh House becomes a real task. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. It’s not a massive warehouse, just a practical space where we keep our stock and talk to our customers. Most of our day is spent checking the inventory and making sure we have what people are asking for. Ramnager is a decent area, and we have good relations with the people living around here. We don't do a lot of talking or big marketing campaigns. We just show up in the morning, open the doors, and start working. You’ll find a few of us sitting around a heater in the winter months, trying to keep our hands warm enough to write down orders. The air is fresh up here, but the work is still heavy. We take things one day at a time. If someone needs steel for a new roof or a building project, they know where to find us. It’s just a local business trying to do right by the community.
