Gluttony

Gluttony is located inside Hotel Green Castle, right on the Mall Road. We are sitting right next to the D.M. Court, so it’s a very central spot in town. Being on Mall Road means there are always people walking past the windows. We see a lot of tourists, especially when the weather is nice and everyone comes up to the hills. The restaurant isn't huge, but we have enough tables for the hotel guests and others who wander in. It can get a bit drafty when the main door keeps opening, but that’s just how it is here in the mountains. We don't have any professional marketing people. It’s just us and the kitchen staff trying to keep up with the orders. Sometimes the supply trucks have trouble getting up the hill, so we have to be careful with our inventory. We’ve been here for a while and the staff knows the regulars who work at the court nearby. We just serve standard food that people seem to enjoy. There’s no big mission or anything; we just want to make sure people leave full. The street outside is usually noisy with tourists and local traffic, but inside we try to keep it decent. It’s a straightforward business in a busy part of the mountains. We just show up, cook, and clean every day of the week to keep the place going for whoever stops by.
