FORTY FIVE CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located over at Phagli in Shimla, specifically at 35/1 Smart Line. Vikas Jaswal is the one running things from here. Phagli is a decent area to live and work, and being in Shimla means we are right in the middle of all the action. We do construction work, mostly around the town and the outskirts. Building in the hills is never simple. You have to deal with the slope and the soil and the heavy rain that washes things away. We have a small team that knows how to handle these things because they grew up here. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon or big promises. We are just builders. Our office is basically a home-based setup, which keeps things simple and honest for us. We don't have a fleet of fancy new trucks, just what we need to get the materials to the site. People usually find us through friends or neighbors or by seeing our signs. That is how things work in Himachal. We try to be fair with our work and keep our word. It is a lot of physical labor and being out in the elements all day long. Sometimes the snow slows us down in the winter months, but we pick it back up as soon as the sun comes out and clears the paths. We are just Forty Five Constructions, a local name in the Phagli neighborhood. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just want to do a job that we can be proud of.
