Our office is located at Shop 5 in Lakkar Market, right here in Shimla. If you know the Regal Building, we are directly opposite that. Lakkar Market is a famous spot, mostly known for woodwork, but we’ve been running Anokhe Events from this little corner for some time. Being in Shimla means we deal with a lot of local celebrations and functions. The shop isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to plan things out. Usually, there are files everywhere and maybe some samples of decorations we’re thinking of using. It’s a bit of a climb sometimes to get around town, but that’s just Shimla life for you. We spend our mornings responding to messages and then usually head out to check on venues. The Regal Building is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don’t really do the whole corporate pitch thing. People just come in, sit down on the chairs we have, and we talk about what they need for their event. It might be a small birthday or something bigger. We try to keep things simple and honest. Sometimes the weather here makes things tricky, especially in winter or when it’s raining hard, but we manage. It’s just us doing our work in the heart of the market. We like the bustle of the wooden handicraft shops around us.
