We operate out of the village and post office in Sarain, which is part of the Chopal tehsil. It is a quiet spot up here in the hills, far away from the big city noise. Our team is mostly local people who know the area well. We do various kinds of infrastructure work and allied services, which basically means we take on whatever physical labor or technical jobs come our way in this region. Working in Chopal means dealing with the mountain roads and the changing weather, but we are used to it by now. It is not like those fancy offices you see in magazines. Our space is simple and functional. We spend most of our time out on the sites anyway. We have been part of this community for a while, and people usually just walk over when they need to talk to us. We don't use much jargon or have big meetings. Usually, it's just a conversation over tea about what needs to be built or fixed next. We handle the equipment and the planning without making a big fuss. It is honest work and it keeps us busy through the seasons. We don't have a huge marketing department or anything. It's just us, working in the village and making sure things get done properly for the neighbors and the local area. Sometimes it's tough when the snow comes, but we manage to keep things moving as best as we can.
