If you head out towards Shamshabad and look for Rallaguda, you’ll find Shalimar Plastics at Sy. No: 606. We’ve been operating here for some time now, mostly focusing on making plastic items that people use every day. The factory floor is usually quite warm because of the molding machines. It’s a noisy environment, but we’ve gotten used to the hum of the injectors and the sound of parts dropping into the bins. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or a polished showroom. Most people just walk right into the work area to see what we’re making that day. We spend a lot of time checking the molds and making sure the colors aren't coming out weird. Sometimes a machine acts up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it with a wrench and some grease. It’s just part of the job here. Our products aren’t designed to be art; they’re just meant to be useful for whatever they were made for. We’ve got stacks of finished goods sitting in the corners waiting to be shipped out. The team here works hard, and we don't make a big fuss about things. We just try to keep up with the orders and make sure the plastic is good enough for the folks who use it. It’s a basic setup that suits us just fine. Life in Shamshabad is busy, and we’re just glad to be a small part of the industry here. We do what we can.
