Krishimission Farmer Producer Company Limited runs out of Kakroli Khas. We use a space at Pankaj's place to keep things running. It’s a small operation, mostly just us and the local farmers working out how to get things done. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big goals, just the daily tasks of managing the farm output. Life here in the village moves at its own pace. Sometimes we have a lot to do and other times we are just waiting for the crops to grow. We focus on what the farmers need right now. It might be seeds or just help with transport. We aren't polished professionals. We are just guys who know how to farm and wanted to organize ourselves a bit better. Kakroli Khas is a quiet place and we like it that way. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. If people need us, they know where to find the house. Most of our meetings happen sitting outside under a tree or in the main room. It's practical work. We deal with the dirt and the weather every day. We just want to make sure the work gets done and everyone gets a fair shake. It’s not a corporate setup, just a bunch of us trying to manage the farming life together. That's the honest truth of how we operate here. We just take things as they come and try to keep moving forward.
