Alivegreen Agro Fresh Private Limited is based out of 195 Ramra in Shamli. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the bigger cities, but we stay plenty busy with the agro work. Shamli has a way of feeling very grounded, and being out here at Ramra means we are right in the thick of the farming community. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the fresh produce gets where it needs to go. The building is simple, and we spend a lot of time checking on how good the stuff looks that comes in from the local fields. Some days are long, especially when harvest time rolls around and everyone is trying to move their crops at once. We deal with the mud when it rains and the dust when it’s dry, which is pretty much how it goes for anyone working in agriculture around here. Our address is easy to find if you are familiar with the 195 Ramra area. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. No one here wears a suit; we are usually in our work clothes because there is always something to lift or move or inspect. It is practical work and it keeps us tired but it feels okay at the end of the day. We just want to keep the operations running smooth and stay on good terms with the local growers who bring us their crops.
