Our office is tucked away at 6/130 in Farsh Bazar, Shahdara. If you know Delhi, you know how crowded and busy Shahdara can get. The market area is always full of people and rickshaws, so getting to the office in the morning can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. The space inside is quite small and filled with cabinets for all the files we have to keep. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned setup, with wooden desks and chairs that have been around as long as the business has. We don’t have fancy lighting or air conditioning that works perfectly all the time. It’s just a place to get work done. We mostly deal with local clients who come in from the nearby shops. The noise from the street usually drifts in through the windows, but you get used to the sound of horns and shouting after a few days. We usually keep the door open to let some air in, even if it brings in the dust from the bazar. Our day starts early before the heat gets too bad. It’s a very grounded sort of place. No one wears suits here unless there is a very specific reason for it. We just sit at our desks and handle the associates' work day in and day out. When it rains, the street outside gets a bit flooded, but we just keep working through it. We keep a stash of biscuits for when the hunger hits.
