Our place is in Dilshad Colony, right at E-20/1B. Aadritah Solutions (Opc) Private Limited is located on the first floor. It’s an East Delhi spot that feels very much like a community. The building is a standard residential-looking block, so you might walk right past it if you aren't looking for the number. Being an OPC, it’s a small setup, but we’ve got enough space for what we need to do. There are large windows that let in a lot of light in the afternoon, which is nice. We don't have any shiny glass partitions or corporate art. It’s just a functional workspace with computers, a few filing cabinets, and some chairs that actually support your back. We handle our own errands and keep the place running ourselves. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside, and you can hear them, but it doesn't bother us much. We just focus on solving the problems we have in front of us for the day. There is a small tea shop around the corner where we usually end up at least once a day. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s real and we like the independence of it. We don't really follow a strict 9-to-5 if the work needs more time, but we also don't stay late just for the sake of looking busy. It’s just about getting the job done right in a way that makes sense for us and the space we have.
