Ashima The Phonex

Ashima The Phonex is located at Krishna Kunj on IC Road in Jamshedpur. We are pretty close to the Centre Point landmark, which most people living in the 831002 area know well enough to find us. Our building is a bit older, tucked into the street where things are a mix of houses and small businesses. Jamshedpur has that industrial feel to it because of the factories, and our neighborhood is no different. We have been operating here for some time now, just doing our daily routine without much fuss. The space inside Krishna Kunj isn't huge, but we make the best of it with what we have. We have some chairs that might wobble a little bit if you sit on them wrong, and the walls have a few scuffs here and there from moving things around. It’s a real place where real work happens every day. We don’t have any marketing people telling us how to look or what to say to people. Usually, we are just busy with the cooking and making sure the floor is swept before the dinner rush starts. The air in Jamshedpur can be a bit heavy sometimes, so we keep the doors open when the weather allows for a breeze. On the weekends, the IC Road gets a bit more crowded with families out for a walk. We see a lot of the same people every week. It’s a steady life.
