We are Bhandari Computers Pvt. Ltd. and our place is on the Main Road at Inder Choraha in the Zirapur District. It’s a central spot in town, so we get a lot of walk-in traffic from the people living around the district. The shop is filled with rows of computers and different cables hanging from the walls. We have a small repair bench in the back where we spend most of our time looking at broken screens or slow hard drives. It can get a bit cluttered with all the boxes from new shipments, but we try to keep a path open for customers. The Inder Choraha area is usually bustling, especially on market days. We can hear the vendors outside and the sound of scooters constantly passing by. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have any corporate training or anything like that; we just learned how to fix things by doing it every day. Sometimes the internet goes down in the whole district, and then we just sit and chat with whoever is in the shop until it comes back on. We have a small fridge for cold drinks and a couple of stools for people to wait on while we finish a quick job. It’s a friendly atmosphere, and we know many of our customers' families because Zirapur is that kind of place. We just try to be helpful and keep the machines running for everyone in the neighborhood.
