We have been operating out of this spot in Sanjeevareddy Nagar Colony for a while now. You can find us right behind the SR Nagar Police Station at No.9/Srt, Lch. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad but people manage to find us easily enough. Most of the work we do here involves helping people get their travel papers and visas sorted out. It’s a lot of forms and checking things over twice so nobody gets stuck at an airport or gets their application sent back for a silly mistake. We aren't a big fancy corporation with a call center. It’s just us in the office who handle the calls and the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here when several people come in at once with their families, but we try to move through the stack as fast as we can. Dealing with embassies can be a real headache if you don't know the latest rules. They change things all the time without much warning. We spend a lot of our day just keeping up with those changes so the folks coming to us don't have to. If you live around here or are coming into the city for help, you just head towards the police station and look for the Lch block. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just a few desks and a lot of files. It’s honest work and we like seeing people finally get that stamp in their passport after all the waiting.
