Our office is right near the Clock Tower in Mahabubnagar, specifically at house number 2-12-15. If you know the area, you know the SBH Main Branch is right nearby, which makes it easy for people to find us. Being near the Clock Tower means we are right in the heart of the town’s activity. There’s always something going on outside our windows, with people moving about and vendors calling out. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now. It’s a small, practical space. We don’t have a big sign with flashing lights, just a simple board so people know they’re in the right place. The work we do involves a lot of detail and checking things over and over again to make sure everything is right. The staff here is small, and we all know each other’s families and stories. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon because that’s not how we speak to our neighbors or our clients. When someone comes in, we just sit them down and talk through what needs to be done. The town can get quite hot, especially in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast to keep the air moving. It’s a regular office with regular people. We try to be helpful and stay organized, but we don't pretend to be anything more than a local business helping people out with their paperwork. It’s just us, working away.
