You can find us over at Plot No. 27, right behind Cine Planet in the Sri Vijayashanthi Enclave of Kompalli. Sharmistha Agri Genetics India Pvt. Ltd. is based out of this village area, and it is a pretty grounded place to work. We aren't some massive company with a skyscraper; we just have our plot here where we handle the agri genetics side of things. It’s a lot of practical work, dealing with the genetics and the technical details that come with it. Being behind the cinema makes us easy enough to locate if you are in Kompalli. We don't really do the whole marketing thing or have people writing fancy descriptions of what we do. It’s just us, the local staff, making sure the seeds or the research we are working on are moving forward. The enclave is generally quiet, which is nice for the kind of focus we need. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, people just come to us because they know the work we do. We spend our time in the field or in the workspace, just getting through the daily list of tasks. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is important to us and the people we work with. We just keep things simple and stay focused on the work at hand. Most days are busy, but we prefer it that way.
