Our office is on the second floor of the Chaya Laxmi Complex in Shanti Nagar. Room 204 is where we do all our media work. It’s a modest space, tucked away from the main road noise. We have a few computers set up and some editing gear scattered around. It’s not the kind of place with a big reception desk or leather sofas. Usually, there’s just a few of us sitting around with headphones on, working on videos or layouts. The walls are mostly bare, except for a couple of calendars and some notes taped up. We moved into this building because the rent was reasonable and it’s in a good part of town. Shanti Nagar is a nice area to work in; it’s fairly central but doesn’t feel too chaotic. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking about projects. Sometimes clients come by to see how things are going, and we just pull up a spare chair for them. It’s a very low-key environment. We don't have any big corporate rules here. We just focus on getting the work done so we can get home to our families. Every now and then, the power goes out and we all have to take an unexpected break, but we’re used to it by now. We’re just a small team making a living doing what we know. There's a little balcony outside where we go to get some air when the room gets too stuffy.
