You can find us at the Umajay Complex over in Rasoolpura. It’s a familiar landmark for us now, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout if the lift is acting up again. We’ve been operating Sarvotham Remedies from this spot for a good while. The complex has all sorts of businesses, so there’s always people coming and going. We’re just one of the units tucked away inside. Inside our space, it’s mostly desks and storage for the remedies we handle. It’s a practical setup. We don’t go in for expensive furniture or decorations. We’d rather spend that on the equipment we actually use for the work. Some days are quieter than others. On the busy days, the phone doesn't stop and we’re all running around trying to keep up with the logs. Rasoolpura is a decent area to work in, plenty of places to grab a quick bite during the break. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we send out is handled right. Everyone here knows their job. We’ve got a few people who have been here since the start and a couple of newer faces too. It’s a mix of experience and just trying to get through the daily checklist. We don’t really do fancy presentations. We just get the work done and keep the lights on for as long as we need.
