The traffic in Hyderabad can be a real headache, so we usually try to get in early before the roads get clogged up. We don't really have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Most of the people in the building are just regular residents, and we try to be good neighbors while we go about our business. The work involves a lot of back-and-forth with different sites, so the office is often a hub of activity with people coming and going. We aren't big on corporate talk. We just focus on the engineering side of things and making sure our timelines are met. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us here in Andhra Pradesh.
