Our place is located out at Gundlapochampally, near Kompally. We are on Survey Numbers 20, 21, and 22. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main part of Hyderabad, but there is more space out here for what we do. We work with bio plants and related things. It’s not a typical office job where you sit in a cubicle all day. There is always something to check on in the units. The weather out here affects our day quite a bit. If it rains heavily, things slow down. If it's too hot, we have to adjust. We started Microsun Bio Plant because we knew there was a need for this kind of work in the area. Most of us here have worked in plants for years. We wear boots and practical clothes because it gets dirty. There is a lot of trial and error in this business. Not everything works the first time, but we keep at it until it does. The road to the facility can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. We usually have tea together in the afternoon and talk about what needs to be fixed. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff about us. We just work. Usually, the gates are open by eight and we don't leave until the last task is finished.
