Kempflon Engineering

We are located at Laxmana Business Centre, specifically units 4-83 through 85. It’s right in Ranigunj on Hillstreet, so it’s a pretty central spot for engineering work. Our space is usually filled with metal parts, tools, and the sound of machines running. It’s definitely not a quiet office job. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or fixing bits of machinery that people bring to us. Hillstreet can get really noisy with all the traffic, and sometimes it feels like the whole building is vibrating when the heavy trucks go by. We have three different units here, so there is a bit of room to spread out the bigger projects, but it still feels cramped when we have a lot of work on the floor. Most of us here have greasy hands by lunchtime. We do a lot of custom work, making parts that you can’t just find at a regular hardware store. It takes a lot of measuring and double-checking to get things right. Sometimes a job takes much longer than we thought it would because the metal doesn't behave or a tool breaks. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a practical kind of place. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us in overalls working on a lathe. We just focus on getting the engineering done so people can get back to work.
