Mithun Computers

Mithun Computers is located in Ward No-21, over in Sanjay Colony. Being in Sawai Madhopur, we see a lot of different people coming through. Our shop is where we handle all things related to computers and software. It’s a modest setup with a couple of workbenches and some chairs for people to sit while we look at their machines. There’s always a pile of keyboards or some old printers sitting in the corner. We don't have a corporate office feel at all. It’s more like a workshop where things actually get fixed. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting software errors or replacing parts that have worn out. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we get a lot of kids needing help with school projects or parents whose home computers have stopped working. We aren't fancy and we don't use a lot of technical jargon that confuses people. We just explain what’s wrong in plain English. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, chatting with whoever is in the shop. It’s a steady life. We like being the place where people can come for help when their technology acts up. There’s no pressure here, just us doing our bits and pieces with the hardware. We’ve become a small part of the furniture in Sanjay Colony over the years and we just keep on working.
