Ranthambhore Farmer Samriddhi Producer Company Limited is located in Sawai Madhopur, over in the Bajariya area. Our office is tucked away in the I H S Colony, specifically at the home of Prahlad Singh. It’s more of a community-based setup than a big commercial office. Since we are near Ranthambhore, everyone thinks of tigers, but for us, it’s all about the soil and the farmers. We brought a bunch of local producers together to see if we could do better by working as one group. Most of the time, we are out in the villages or sitting in the shade talking about the harvest. We don't have a big staff or any polished marketing. It’s just us trying to figure out the best way to sell what we grow. The paperwork can be a real headache, especially with all the regulations for producer companies, but we manage. The colony is a quiet place, which is nice after a long day in the fields or at the market. We don’t use big words or have a complicated vision. We just want to see the local farmers get a bit more for their hard work. It’s a lot of meetings and a lot of patience. If you come looking for us, you’ll find a group of regular people doing their best to help their neighbors. It's not always easy, but it feels right.
