Universal Computer

We are located at Shop No-1 in the Tiwari Tower, right below the Axis Bank on Rewa Road. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the bank is. Universal Computer has been in this basement-level area for a while. It’s not a huge shop, but we’ve got enough space for our workbenches and all the parts we keep in stock. The lighting could be better, but we are used to it by now. We spend our days looking at screens and fixing things that people bring in. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We don't have a fancy lobby or any marketing slogans. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Rewa Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of foot traffic outside our door. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once. We don't mind the chaos. It’s just part of running a shop in a place like Tiwari Tower. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what can’t. There’s no corporate polish here, just a lot of hardware and some honest effort. If you’re coming from the main road, just look for the bank and head down. We are usually there from the morning until late. It’s a simple life.
