Shailvi Communication

We are located right at Bardadeeh Chowk, which is a spot where everyone seems to pass through at some point in the day. It is a small shop, but at Shailvi Communication, we see a lot of different faces. Being at a chowk means there is always noise from motorcycles and people calling out to each other. We spend most of our time behind the counter. Usually, someone is coming in to get their phone fixed or they need a quick recharge for their data. We have those small glass cases filled with screen guards and chargers that we have to wipe down every morning. The dust from the road never really stops coming in. It is a very local vibe here. We know most of the people who live nearby and they often stop just to say hello while they are waiting for a bus or a rickshaw. The space is tight, so we have to stay organized with all the SIM cards and the small tools we use for repairs. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait along with the customers. We do not have a lot of fancy decorations. It is just a practical place to get your mobile needs sorted out. The lights stay on until late because the chowk is still busy after dark. It is a basic life, just running the shop and talking to the neighbors while we work on the phones.
