Jaypee Group

Our office for Jaypee Group is situated in the village of Hardi, which is part of the Teondhari post area in Amarpatan. Being out here in the village means our surroundings are very different from the city. We are surrounded by fields and the pace of life is much slower. The roads in this part of Amarpatan Tahshil can be quite rough, especially when the monsoon rains hit and everything turns to mud. Our building is a simple structure that we use to coordinate our local activities. We have a few rooms with basic furniture and some old ceiling fans that squeak a bit. Most of the people working here are from the nearby areas, so there is a lot of local talk going on. We don't have high-speed internet or fancy office equipment. We rely a lot on mobile phones and physical paperwork to keep things moving. Sometimes the power goes out for hours, and we just have to sit outside in the shade of the trees until it comes back. It’s a very grounded way of working. We deal with a lot of local matters that wouldn't make sense to someone in a big city. The office is often quiet during the middle of the day when it’s too hot to do much. We just do our bit to keep the operations running from this corner of the district. It’s just how things are out here in Hardi village. Sometimes the mail takes a while to reach us.
