We’ve been operating out of Godoli in Satara for a while now. The office is right there on Plot 30 and 31, near S. No.41/1A. It’s a quiet enough spot most days but we stay pretty busy with all the building work happening around the district. Most of our time is spent looking over plans or heading out to check on how things are coming along at the various sites we have going. It’s not a fancy setup at all, just a regular place where we get the work done. People around here know where to find us if they need to talk about a project or ask a question. Satara is a growing place and there is always something needing to be built or fixed up these days. We don't really go in for that big city corporate style. For us, it’s more about making sure the walls go up straight and the materials arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit difficult, especially when the monsoon rains hit Maharashtra hard, but we just keep at it. The staff here are mostly local folks who really understand how things work in this part of the state. We’ve got our desks, our files, and a lot of tea to get through the long afternoons. It’s simple work, really, just making sure the construction side of things moves forward. We don't have a marketing team. If you walk into the office, you'll probably just see someone on the phone or looking at a site map. That’s just how Yashodin Buildcon LLP runs.
