H.D.I.L

We are located in Wai, which is a nice town in the Satara district of Maharashtra. Our office is at 1009 Brahamanshai. If you know the area, it is quite peaceful near the Krishna river. We are part of the H.D.I.L. group, and in this branch, we handle the local affairs. Satara is a place with a lot of history, and working in Wai feels different than being in a big city like Mumbai or Pune. Our office is just a regular building where we keep our files and meet with people. We don't use a lot of big words or have glossy brochures. We just do our work related to land and construction projects. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it’s full of people talking at once. We’ve been at this address in Brahamanshai for a long time. The locals know us and we know the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a very human way of doing business. We don't have any mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some maps of the area. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure the paperwork for the land is correct and that the projects are moving along. Being in Maharashtra, we speak a mix of Marathi and English at the office. We just try to be honest and get the work done without making things more complicated than they need to be.
