We are based in Godoli at Gajanan Plaza. Our office is O 7 on the second floor of the B wing. It’s a bit of a maze in this building sometimes, but we’ve been here long enough that we know all the neighbors. This part of Satara is where we do most of our work. We focus on building and construction projects around the local area. There are a few of us here making sure things run right. We started out small and just kept at it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and a lot of paper. We spend more time on site than at the plaza anyway. Dealing with the plots at S.No. 19A and 20A has been our main thing lately. It's practical work. We don't try to sound like some big city firm. We're just local builders. If someone has a question about a project, they usually just come up to the second floor and find us. The B wing is usually quieter than the front of the building. We just get on with the jobs we have. It’s honest work and it fills the day. We’ve built some good relationships around Godoli over the years. We don't do big presentations. We just show the progress on the ground. It’s a simple way to run a business and it seems to work for everyone involved.
