TULJAI BUILDCON LLP

We are Tuljai Buildcon LLP, located in Karad over at Suryoday Colony. Specifically, we are in Aagashiv Nagar, which is in the Satara district. Our office is at M No 5P, 881. It’s a nice enough area, though it gets quite busy during the peak hours. We deal with building and construction stuff around here. It’s a lot of coordinating between different guys like plumbers, electricians, and masons. Most of our time goes into making sure the materials arrive at the site when they are supposed to. In a place like Karad, everyone knows everyone, so news travels fast if a job isn't going right. We try to stay on top of things as much as possible. The office is where we keep all the files and meet with people to discuss their house plans or whatever they are building. Sometimes the heat in Maharashtra makes the site work really tough, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the bricks and the mortar and put them together according to the drawings. It is a practical business. We’ve been at this for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the local market. If you are ever near Aagashiv Nagar, you’ll probably see our name on some of the ongoing sites around there.
