Being in the MIDC area means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. We are in the food business, which means our days are mostly spent dealing with ingredients and making sure the kitchen area is clean and productive. It’s not a glamorous job. We have been here for a while and the temple nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. The office part is just a small corner where we keep the books and take calls. Most of our time is spent out on the floor. We don't use a lot of big words or have fancy titles here. We just show up and get to work on whatever needs to be prepared for the day. Satara is where we started and where we plan to stay. Sometimes the equipment acts up or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It is a very hands-on kind of place.
