Mala'S Fruit Products

We’ve been based out of 25/1A in Bhose Village for a long time now. It’s a quiet spot near Panchgani, though it gets quite busy during the harvest months when the fruit starts coming in. We handle everything right here on-site. The building isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we process the fruit products. Satara district is where we grew up, so it feels right to have the business here. Usually, the day starts early when the local farmers bring their crates. We spend a lot of time sorting through berries and other fruits by hand. It’s messy work and your hands usually end up stained by the end of the shift. We don’t have a fancy corporate office or a marketing team. Most of the time, we’re just in our work clothes making sure the machines are running and the jars are filled. The road up to Bhose can be a bit bumpy, especially after the heavy rains we get in this part of Maharashtra. We have a small staff from the village, and we all know each other. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy enough. Sometimes we sit outside for tea when the weather is nice and look out at the hills. We don't use any complicated systems, just a basic ledger and a phone that rings more than it should. It’s a simple life and a simple business, just how we like it.
