You can find us over at Moraya Complex, which is on the Karad Dhebewadi Road in Malkapur. Our specific door is 1/1757. It’s a busy road, so there is always something going on outside. Being in the Satara district means we get a mix of people coming in from the town and the surrounding villages. We’ve been operating Shri Jyotirling Buildcon LLP from this location for a while. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down and get through the daily grind. Construction work involves a lot of back and forth, so having a base in Malkapur is helpful. We usually start the day early before the heat gets too bad. There’s always a stack of documents on the table waiting to be signed or filed away. We don't really go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us. People know where we are if they need to talk about a project. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the power goes out, but we just keep at it. It’s a honest living. We know the local area well and have seen how much Karad has grown lately. It’s good to be part of that growth, even in a small way. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The fans keep spinning all day.
