If you find yourself in Phaltan, specifically near Kolki, you’ll find us at Shreeram Tower. We’ve got Shop Number 6 right there on Shinganapur Road. It’s a pretty easy location to spot if you’re driving through. We are Shoora Buildcon and we spend our days dealing with various building projects around the Satara district. The shop isn't very big, but it’s enough for us to handle the administrative side of things. There’s usually a bit of noise from the road outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep our tools and some samples here too. Most of the time, the team is out on-site, so the office might just have one or two people in it. We aren't really about the fancy corporate look. We prefer to keep things straightforward and honest. People stop by to talk about their house plans or to ask about progress on a site. We try to keep things moving as fast as the weather and supplies allow. Shinganapur Road is a busy stretch, so there's always something to see out the front window. It’s a practical place for a construction business. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just the basics to get the job done right. Phaltan is home for us, and we like being part of the local community here. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork, but mostly we are gone by six. It's a steady life and it keeps us out of trouble mostly.
