Shivtej Associates Private Limited is located over in Karad, right at Shaniwar Peth. Our address is M.No. 421 B, inside the Deepak Pride building near Bheda Chowk. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been here for a bit now. Being in Satara, specifically in this part of Maharashtra, means we see a lot of the local life every day. The office isn't anything too fancy but it works for what we do. We mostly spend our time dealing with the paperwork and meetings that come with the business. Getting to the office is pretty easy since Bheda Chowk is a well-known spot around here. People often stop by just because they recognize the building. Karad is a smaller place compared to the big cities, but it keeps us busy enough. We don't have a huge staff or anything, just a few of us working through the daily tasks. Usually, the mornings are quiet and then things pick up around noon. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside on the main road, but you get used to it after a while. Most of our work happens right here at this desk in Shaniwar Peth. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of the local projects. It is a straightforward setup for us and we like being part of the Satara district. Not much else to say, it’s just where we are every day from Monday to Saturday.
